More than a year after her mother’s untimely death, Anna Nicole Smith’s 18-month old daughter, Dannielynn Hope Marshall Birkhead, was named as the sole beneficiary to Smith’s estate. At the time of her death, Smith’s assetts totaled $710,000, but if the case between Smith and the family of her late hubsband billionaire oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall II is ruled in Smith’s favor, Dannielynn may inherit millions.

In related news, an inquest into the death of Smith’s oldest child, Daniel Smith, will resume on March 17 in the Bahamas. Daniel died in of an accidental drug overdose just a few days after his mother gave birth to Dannielynn.
