Paris Hilton dumped semi-serious boyfriend Benji Madden. The couple had been together since February, and Paris had nothing but good things to gush about him on her recent spot on the Tyra Banks show. So what went wrong? Sources say Madden was “too overprotective and controlling” and that he didn’t “get along with any of her friends.” (Shock. They would strike me as such deep, interesting people with meaningful lives.)

One Madden kicked to the curb, one to go.

Jennifer Aniston finally spoke out to Vogue about her ex-husband Brad Pitt’s homewrecker woman, Angelina Jolie, saying what the Mommy-Machine did to her was “very uncool.”

Got to give it to Jenn for staying so quiet all these years and for being so calm when she finally did speak. While some say she is bitter and jealous, I for one think she has every right be, and we could have expected a lot more out of a less classy woman.

Shania Twain and husband Mutt Lange are filing for divorce after 14 years of marriage. According to People Magazine, Lang left his wife for Marie-Anne Thiebaud, Shania’s secretary and house manager. Thiebaud denies she had anything to do with the breakup, however sources tell People that she, too, has left her husband to persue a relationship with Lange.

Twain, 42, and Lange, 59, have a 6-year-old son, Eja.

TMZ.com is reporting that despite rumors of an engagement, Tony Romo and Jessica Simpson have split. While there is no confirmation from either stars’ reps and several sources are saying there is no truth to this rumor, TMZ is usually on the ball with these things…we’ll see.

Other Simpson rumors circulating include a possible weekend wedding for Ashlee and Pete.

Kanye West and fiance Alexis Phifer ended their engagement today. The ex-couple got engaged in 2006 after dating for four years. Reports site that break up as “amicable.”

According to US Weekly, Phifer wishes the rapper well:

You know what they say Kanye, th-th-that that that don’t kill you, will only make you stronger.

“We broke up over text, so it’s like ‘peace out,’” Underwood told “Extra.” “It was completely mutual, we’re both fine.”

Busy with their own projects, neither celeb was offended by ending the relationship electronically.

All in all, this method wasn’t too bad. At least she didn’t dig her key into the side of his pretty little suped up 4-wheel drive…and carve her name into his leather seats…
