Heath Ledger’s will makes no mention of his ex-fiance Michelle Williams or the couple’s daughter, Matilda Rose, 2.  The will was drafted before the couple got together and before Williams gave birth to their daughter. The actor, 28, who died on January 22 of an accidental overdose of prescription pills, left everything he owned to his parents and sisters. 

However, Ledger’s father, Kim Ledger, assures Matilda and Michelle will be well taken care of.

While he may not like too many contestants on American Idol, no-fuss judge Simon Cowell does like one thing: Botox. Cowell admitted to British media sources that to him, Botox is “no more unusual than toothpaste.”

Little Miss Sunshine Rihanna has helped a lawyer from New York City with leukemkia find a bone marrow donor, People reports.  The singer campaigned to find a suitable donor for Lisa Gershowitz-Flynn, 41, and with the help of the celebrity magazine, over 5,000 readers contacted DKMS, the world’s leading bone marrow donor center, to become potential donors.  Additionally, DKMS recruited and registered nearly 2,000 new donors, just from phone calls and emails from Rihanna’s call for help.

“My life will be saved because of you, my family and friends (old and new),” Flynn writes. “My children (Michael, 5, and Alexandra, 3) will have their mother, my husband will have his wife, and my parents will have their daughter.”

According to Life & Style Magazine, the Cruise Clan — including Tom’s adopted children with Nicole Kidman, Isabella and Connor — has been temporarily living in an apartment at the Scientology Celebrity Center in L.A. Their current Beverly Hills quarters are being rennovated to include a dining room that seats 20 and a home theatre that accommodates 50. Guess they have to be ready when it’s their turn to host those super fun Scientology pajama parties!

Can’t they just stay at in a hotel like normal people? Oh wait, that’s right…

While his publicist confirmed reports that Patrick Swayze does have pancreatic cancer, his doctors believe he has may have more time than originally thought. The National Enquirer (so close to getting the whole thing right…so close, yet so, so far) reported the star had 5 weeks left to live in light of his cancer, but Swayze’s physician, George Fisher, is far more optimistic than original reports suggested.

“Patrick has a very limited amount of disease and he appears to be responding well to treatment thus far,” Swayze’s physician, said in the statement. “All of the reports stating the time frame of his prognosis and his physical side effects are absolutely untrue. We are considerably more optimistic.”

All of Lindsay Lohan’s hard years of work, struggle and sacrifice are finally paying off. No, not for Lilo, but for her leech of a mother Dina, who has landed her own TV show — a reality show on E! titled “Living Lohan.” The show will follow Lindsay’s little sister Ali as she tries her hand at fame.

According to the man behind the new show, Real World co-creator Jonathan Murray:

“I think Dina’s a somewhat remarkable woman (who) got married at a young age, raised four kids and her marriage came apart,” he says. “She’s sort of like in this period where she’s coming into her own — the divorce is being put behind her and she’s sort of figuring out the next part of her life.”

…or is she “sort of like in this period where” her daughter’s fame is finally paying off for her, as she always hoped it would? You decide.

No wonder poor Lindsay had so many problems. An attention-whore of a mother and an estranged addict father. With parents like these, who needs enemies?

On the bright side, the (IMHO) extremely talented 21-yea-old actress says her life is back on track after the past few years of out of control drinking, drugs, partying and a climactic stint in rehab.

According to People.com:

“My life was distracted by certain things and that got in the way of work,” said Lohan. “But now, I’m back on track and figuring out what’s next.”
